Our first title, 'Adventures of Biplob the Bumblebee – Volume 1,' was published by Penguin Random House India, with more volumes slated for release. Biplob the Bumblebee, an eco-friendly superhero, uses clever solutions to teach children about basic science, life skills, and the importance of protecting nature and the environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, manage employee relations, and ensure adherence to HR policies. Responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, facilitating employee engagement, maintaining records, and addressing employee queries and concerns.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Proficiency in developing and executing HR Policies and strategies
• Strong understanding of overall Human Resources functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
