Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for recruitment, managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. Daily tasks include overseeing HR management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and working closely with employees to address their concerns and improve workplace culture.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
