Human Resources Executive

Key responsibilities: -

• Leave Management
• Organizing team building and motivational activities
• Database tracking and management
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR and Admin. functions and duties
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
• Employee Admin and payroll grievance management
• Employee master data management
• Full and final settlements
• Experience, relieving, joining, appraisal and other administrative letters
• Preparation of HR compliance documents
• Preparation of HR templates
• Preparation of HR policies and guidelines & ISO audit
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

• Knowledge of Microsoft office, emails, meeting scheduling through calendar.

Qualifications: Postgraduate or equivalent preferred
