Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Executive to manage HR operations for both IT and Non-IT verticals. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR policies, onboarding procedures, and employee lifecycle management. This is a full-time work-from-office (WFO) role based in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Coordinate and conduct the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Oversee employee engagement, attendance, and leave management.
• Address employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Assist with performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
• Support payroll processing and coordinate with the finance team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and practices.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably handling both IT & Non-IT recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
• Strong experience in onboarding, employee management, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
• Proficient in HRMS tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in HR or labor laws (preferred but not mandatory).
