UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, user-centered designs using Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs continuously.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and functional design solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new features and improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Good understanding of responsive design principles and user interaction patterns.
• Familiarity with design systems and experience in maintaining them.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus).
