Human Resources Executive

Fresher or Entry Level Job

We are looking for an energentic and dedicated HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of HR functions, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle HR activities independently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Process payroll and benefits administration.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus
