Hire skilled/unskilled labor, technicians, and engineers. Manage contract and seasonal workforce. Provide technical and safety training. Onboard new employees and upskill existing staff. Track productivity and conduct appraisals. Design incentives based on output and quality. Ensure labor law and safety compliance. Handle union relations and grievance redressal. Enforce safety protocols and manage incidents. Promote health and wellness initiatives. Manage payroll, shifts, attendance, and records. Implement and maintain HR policies and systems. Foster a positive work culture and recognize achievements. Address attrition and support career growth. Prepare workforce for automation and digital tools. Lead reskilling and change management efforts.
