Install and commission machinery and equipment at production or client sites. Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems. Perform corrective maintenance and repairs to restore equipment function. Provide technical support to operators and maintenance teams. Train staff on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures. Document all service activities , including maintenance logs and repair reports. Manage spare parts inventory and recommend procurement of critical components. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards during all service work. Prepare and submit service reports for internal use or client records. Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements or upgrades. Coordinate with design and quality teams to address recurring technical issues. Respond promptly to breakdown calls or emergency repairs. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industry best practices. Maintain good relationships with clients (if customer-facing role).
