Job Description HR Executive shall be an in-charge of ensuring adherence to the company's established policies and procedures across all locations Pan India. He/ She shall also be overseeing both mandatory and internal regulations and making recommendations for management's improvement in order to raise ethical and regulatory standards throughout the organization. Responsibilities Must know proper payroll processing. Must have good knowledge about HRMS System software based. Should have in-depth knowledge on processing payroll on software. Provide overall HR compliance support and guidance related to statutory compliance, as well as company HR policies and procedures. Take part in developing and maintaining internal HR policies and compliance procedures. Engage in HR internal auditing, compliance investigations, or other activities related to human resources and employment/employees. Coordinate & implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures throughout the organization. Provide employee training on policies and procedures. Identifies and tracks Labor laws and regulations that might affect the organizations policies, practices, and procedures. Manages employee notifications and trainings as required by State labor requirements. This includes reviewing appropriate training materials and modules to meet organization and compliance needs. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees in an effort to manage risk and regulatory. Should act as HRBP for various center of the organization.
