Roles and Responsibilities:

Office Admin:

 Visitors and Guests Management -Coordinate the reception of visitors and guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient assistance. Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols for entry and exit procedures. Act as a point of contact for visitors, addressing inquiries and providing relevant information about the organization. Ensure hospitality by making timely arrangements like, logistics, room blocking for stay & Food.

 Inwards & Outwards - Addressing, Recording, Tracking, and maintaining registers and invoices.

 Facilitation - Arranging office stationery and grocery, maintaining sufficient stock, and issuing and updating the tracking sheet. Arranging stay facility for visitors & Akshayakalpa employees.

 IT Coordination - With the vendor to resolve issues with the printer, monthly bill tracking, and moving to accounts. Attending phone calls and resolving customer/consumer/vendor queries directly to concerned persons.

 Employee Kit - Maintenance of sufficient stock, Issuing and updating the tracking sheet.

 Oversee the office hygiene - Maintenance & provide feedback to the housekeeping person. Ensure office hygiene maintenance. Responsible for identifying and resolving any issues related to the facility's plumbing, water, civil, and electrical by talking to the right people.
