We’re a fast-growing, India-headquartered SaaS company on a mission to simplify corporate sustainability for global enterprises. Fresh off our seed round, we’re building out our People & Culture function to support rapid growth and cement our position on the road to Series A.

The Role

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of People Ops—owning end-to-end recruitment, performance management, L&D and core HR processes. You’ll partner closely with founders, managers and a lean team to design programs that keep our young, high-agency culture humming.

What You’ll Do

• Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen and coordinate interviews for SDRs, AEs, engineers and ESG specialists
• Manage offer letters, background checks and new-hire paperwork
• Run a structured, department-by-dept first‐week onboarding (1:1s, founder chats)

• Performance Management & Career Growth

• Facilitate quarterly goal-setting and biannual feedback cycles (Apr–Sep, Oct–Mar)
• Track development plans and recommend upskilling opportunities

• HR Operations & Compliance

• Own day-to-day HR admin (attendance, systems, policy updates)
• Coordinate with payroll provider to ensure timely, accurate processing

• Learning & Development

• Organize monthly learning sessions and manage book/reimbursement claims
• Help design our “ESG Implementation” certification and mentorship programs

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years in HR or Talent Acquisition—ideally at a high-growth SaaS startup
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar) and HRIS tools
• Strong process orientation, impeccable attention to detail and a bias for action
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
