Key Responsibilities:

1) Statutory Compliance:

? Ensure compliance with all labor laws.

? Oversee monthly statutory filings.

? Stay updated on regulatory changes.

2) Audit C Documentation:

? Manage internal and external audits.

? Maintain statutory documents.

? Prepare compliance reports.

3) Vendor C Third-Party Compliance

? Ensure compliance of staffing agencies and contractors.

? Monitor vendor documentation.

4) Policy C Process Governance:

? Develop and update HR policies.

? Conduct compliance training.

? Create SOPs for compliance management.

5) Employee C Legal Support:

? Address compliance queries.

? Support legal team with labor-related issues.

? Handle investigations and documentation.

6) Reporting C MIS:

? Prepare compliance reports.

? Maintain compliance trackers.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

?ualifications and Skills:

? Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, or related field.

? 4 7 years of HR compliance experience.

? Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws.

? Excellent communication and documentation skills.
