Job Description

As the Chief of Staff in the CHRO's office at a large Manufacturing set-up in Mumbai (Goregaon), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CHRO and driving high-impact HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Commercial Controlling & Strategic Program Management - AI Adoption in HR, Data Analytics & Executive Reporting - Liaison with CMD & Directors Office on Strategic HR Needs - Organization Design, Workforce Planning & Job Evaluation - Compensation Strategy, Salary Benchmarking & Annual Planning - Performance Management, Rewards Process, Promotions & Internal Movements - Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline Management This role requires an MBA in HR from reputed business schools with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Partnering, HR Analytics, CHRO's office, or TM CoE. If you thrive on strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and making a tangible impact on people and performance, this is a high-visibility opportunity for you. Additionally, the company is looking for candidates with an MBA in Human Resources and 5-7 years of experience for this role.
