Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Assistant to support our growing HR operations. This role involves managing employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring HR compliance across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Maintain employee documentation and HR databases
• Coordinate employee communications and policy updates
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of HR experience

✅ Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

✅ Good working knowledge of MS Office & HR procedures

✅ Strong organizational and communication skills

✅ Degree or diploma in HR or related field preferred
