Qualifications

  • This is a mid level role and not a senior role.
  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes
  • Experience in employee Training and development programs
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
