About the Role

NASSGUARD

Key Responsibilities

Handle
accounts, billing, and documentation
Ensure
tax and compliance accuracy
in line with Saudi regulations
Coordinate with the
Saudi head office
for financial reporting
Prepare and maintain
journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
Support
monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
Assist in
budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Monitor
accounts payable and receivable
to ensure timely processing
Verify and process
expense claims, vendor invoices, and bank statements
Ensure proper
record-keeping and audit readiness
Provide support during
external and internal audits

Requirements

✅ Degree in Accounting or Finance

✅ Minimum 6 months of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia

✅Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT and accounting practices

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
