Assistant Accountant

Job Title: Accountant (only male)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial records, compliance with regulations, and support the company’s financial decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts on a regular basis.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage payroll, taxation, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Advise management on cost reduction, revenue improvement, and financial efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
