Human Resources Assistant

As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities and supporting HR operations. Your primary role will involve overseeing the full recruitment cycle, employee timesheet verification, and various HR support tasks. Your key responsibilities will include collecting, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy of employee timesheets. You will also be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, making offers, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining candidate databases and collaborating with relevant managers. In addition, you will provide general HR assistance by managing employee records, preparing HR-related letters, and assisting in day-to-day HR operations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment. Previous HR experience in the Odoo industry is highly preferred. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a solid understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Furthermore, excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to effectively carry out the responsibilities of this role.,
