Job Description

We are looking for an HR Assistant to manage recruitment activities and support HR operations. The role will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, along with employee timesheet checking and other HR support tasks.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and verify employee timesheets for accuracy.
  • Handle end to end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and coordinate with respective managers.
  • Provide general HR assistance such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR letters, and supporting day to day HR operations


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment.
  • HR experience in the Odoo industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
