Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant Intern, located in Noida. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks, including maintaining and updating HRIS, supporting benefits administration, and assisting with employee training and development programs. The intern will also help with general HR management duties and play a supportive role in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration
• Skills in Training and Development
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
