Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities including maintaining HR records, managing HRIS, administering benefits, and coordinating training sessions. This is a remote role offering flexible learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Benefits Administration skills
• Training coordination skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• You will have great mentorship
• 5-6 Month of Internship (non paid)
