Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Human Resources Assistant Intern based in Kanpur. The intern will assist with HR tasks including employee records management, supporting HR operations, and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Other responsibilities include assisting in training sessions, benefits administration, and performing tasks assigned by the HR management team to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Understanding of Benefits Administration practices
• Ability to assist with training and learning initiatives
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
