Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will assist in the implementation of HR policies, manage employee records, coordinate employee benefits, and support HR management initiatives. Day-to-day activities include personnel documentation, updating internal databases, assisting with new hire onboarding, and collaborating on employee engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources, including HR Policies and HR Management processes
• Experience or familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree or active enrollment in a relevant program such as Business Administration, HR, or Organizational Psychology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus
• Passion for creating positive workplace experiences
