Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Team Leader (English). The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team to achieve targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, coaching team members, and analyzing sales performance.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
