Human Resources Assistant

As an HR Executive at FinTax24, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end HR operations for our leading accounting, taxation, and financial planning firm based in Palitana, Bhavnagar District, Gujarat. With over 1 year of experience in HR, you will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, handling employee relations and grievances, ensuring statutory compliance, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions, performance appraisals, and retention strategies while collaborating with leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of HR experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred, along with a strong understanding of HR functions and related laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems. It is important that you are either from Bhavnagar district or willing to relocate to be considered for this position.
