Job Description

Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
Manage employee records and ensure that all HR documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related topics.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials.
Help organize employee training sessions and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role.
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Familiarity with HRIS systems is preferred.
