Human Resources Assistant

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time on-site Human Resources Assistant in Aligarh. Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the HR department, maintain HR records, assist in onboarding and training processes, manage benefits administration, and ensure data accuracy in HRIS. Additionally, you will be communicating with employees and management to address HR-related queries.
