Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time on-site Human Resources Assistant in Aligarh. Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the HR department, maintain HR records, assist in onboarding and training processes, manage benefits administration, and ensure data accuracy in HRIS. Additionally, you will be communicating with employees and management to address HR-related queries. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the HR department - Maintain HR records - Assist in onboarding and training processes - Manage benefits administration - Ensure data accuracy in HRIS - Communicate with employees and management to address HR-related queries Qualification Required: - Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management - Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) - Skills in Benefits Administration and understanding of related processes - Familiarity with Training programs and employee onboarding processes - Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks - Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred - Experience in similar roles or internships in HR is a plus,
