Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Apprentice in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong passion for learning and growing with the organization.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.
Support performance management systems, including setting goals and conducting feedback sessions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
