Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for a Human Resources and Recruitment Executive. The role entails managing recruitment processes, sourcing and onboarding new talent, maintaining employee records, and facilitating HR policies and procedures. The executive will also support employee engagement initiatives, conduct performance assessments, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and candidate evaluation
• Proficiency in employee management, onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
