Job Description

Purpose: The HR Adviser will support the HR department in various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration. This role is essential for ensuring smooth HR operations and providing support to employees and management. Your Role & Accountabilities : Recruitment and Staffing: Assist in developing recruitment strategies and job postings. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules. Support the onboarding process for new hires. Employee Relations: Address basic employee inquiries and provide support. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities. Help implement employee recognition programs. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process. Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions. Maintain performance records and documentation. Compensation and Benefits: Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee benefits. HR Administration: Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed. Assist in HR projects and initiatives. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Previous experience in an HR role or internship. Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
