Job Description

Purpose: Collaborate with a global team of subject matter experts to build content for virtual learning products for the intercultural and language coaching markets that support multinational clients global talent development. Engage with selected Digital Learning Systems partners to optimize Cartus experience and key deliverables to customers and clients. Create virtual learning experiences for coach development, staff training, and customer education for these solutions. Participate as a key contributor to the Cartus product design roadmap. Your Role & Accountabilities : Learning Experience Design Create world-class visual designs and digital experiences across multiple channels, including web, mobile, and social. Manage, collaborate with and take part in selection of third party DLS partners and vendors (namely Digital Learning System providers or equivalent) Identify the true needs of users through research and customer journey mapping, and apply the insights to the design strategy and business needs. Participate in the development of new programs and products according to market and client needs Optimize products for virtual delivery through current and future Cartus Digital Learning Systems improve UI and end user experience Create customer and staff training videos educating on the value of individual solutions Oversee integration of third-party content Coach Development Identify coach requirements for digital delivery Improve the coach development process for digital products Participate in the design and delivery of the coach development programs Provide coaches just-in-time support as required to ensure the highest quality results Quality Control Manage all new and already developed Digital Learning System paths for optimum training impact end user experience How You Succeed : Our winning behaviors represent how we succeed and what we believe in, they shape our culture, and enable our employees and business to continuously thrive. Excellent planning and organization skills A strong collaborator An excellent communicator strong writing skills Experience You Need : Degree or certification in Learning Experience Design and Technology or similar is preferred Familiarity with LXP software and DLS provider ecosystem Experience with video creation / editing Experienced with virtual delivery for both 1-1 and group programs Training and/or coaching delivery experience International living and working experience is critical. Project and external vendor management experience Studied a second language - proficiency in second language is highly desirable Experience with language and/or intercultural coaching strongly preferred
