Job Description

Purpose: The focus of this position is to prepare intercultural programs for Intercultural & Language Solutions. The Program Specialist works closely with Cartus Intercultural Coaches, Subject Matter Experts, the Seniors, the Program Consultants, and the Intercultural Managers. The Program Specialist is the primary contact between Coaches and program Subject Matter Experts. This position reports to the Sr Global Intercultural Manager. Your Role & Accountabilities : Program Coordination Review written documentation upon receipt of program file Review and analyze customer needs in depth, based on intake notes Work as a team with the Coach to determine if Subject Matter Experts are needed and who may be a good fit. Find, interview, and contract qualified Subject Matter Experts Review Subject Matter Experts PowerPoint session materials to ensure it includes all relevant topics and that the format is aligned with Cartus standards Write biographies of newly recruited Subject Matter Experts When needed, gather Coach and Subject Matter Experts banking information and input in ATLAS Fully manage program in the Digital Learning System to monitor program status/quality Manage the participant and Coach evaluation process Update ATLAS database screens to capture all program information Complete invoicing procedures for programs Coordination Teamwork Maintain good communication and relationships with colleagues in the Intercultural department and colleagues in other departments Give feedback on systems and processes and suggest changes where appropriate Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers (Coaches and Subject Matter Experts) Administrative and Organizational Serve as a support to other Program Specialists Maintain and update global database of resources Proofread written materials for the intercultural department Provide administrative support such as formatting and cleanup of documents, as needed Participate in company staff meetings and other meetings, as required How You Succeed : Our winning behaviors represent how we succeed and what we believe in, they shape our culture, and enable our employees and business to continuously thrive.
