ILS Authorization Analyst (Global)

Job Description

Purpose: Responsible for the daily workflow of Intercultural & Language Solutions service authorizations in ATLAS per client coding matrix, client policy and business process requirements to ensure accurate and timely submission of service opportunities to the Intercultural & Language Solutions teams for conversion into revenue opportunities. This position reports to the ILS Director overseeing business process Your Role & Accountabilities : Manage daily Intercultural & Language Solutions authorization report to review, track and validate eligibility of service authorizations. Review authorizations in context of client coding matrix, client policy and business process requirements to ensure correct service(s)/product(s) are added to each file. Activate (put in progress) eligible Intercultural & Language Solutions services/products after thorough audit to trigger new authorization task to Language Consultant and/or Intercultural Program Consultant. Submit service/product qualifiers, assign operations roles, and submit authorization screen for all eligible Intercultural & Language Solutions services/products. Work closely with File Set-Up (FSU) team to ensure accurate products are put on file before activation and/or identify missed opportunities and work with FSU to correct these. Work closely with GTM Account Management and ILS Operations Management to ensure client coding matrix and policy documentation are aligned and up-to-date. Communicate with, collaborate and follow-up with International Assignment Consultants as needed on any Intercultural & Language Solutions products in pending/authorized status in ATLAS to determine timely activation to the ILS Operations team. Problem solves whenever there is a missing, incorrect or stuck product/sub-product on a file. Provide daily update report to ILS Management for visibility of authorization patterns and trending. Maintain ILS Authorization Analyst process guide. Audit and process ad-hoc non-ATLAS supplier invoices or expenses in RWP. Provide back-up/coverage support to the ILS AE1 (Account Management Analyst) when out of office or related to authorization reporting tasks.
