Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and leadership development
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for improvements to current HR processes
