Job Description

As an HR Executive at our organization, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and retention of top-tier talent, as well as overseeing essential administrative HR functions. Your responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and developing strategies to attract and retain talent. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing attendance management, leave management, and performance management to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. Collaborating with headhunters and external recruiters will be a key aspect of your role to identify and attract the best talent. You will screen resumes and job applications, assist in creating job descriptions, and conduct interviews with candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Partnering with Hiring Managers, you will ensure an efficient recruitment process and stay aligned with staffing requirements and objectives. Engaging with job boards, social media platforms, and online networks will also be part of your responsibilities to find qualified candidates for various positions. In addition to recruitment, you will also be involved in administrative responsibilities such as managing employee attendance records, leave management processes, and supporting performance management activities. Conducting post-employment surveys with departing employees and staying updated on HR trends and best practices will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field, proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases, experience in recruitment strategies, and a strong knowledge of HR functions, procedures, policies, and strategies. Familiarity with sourcing techniques, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office and other HR-related software tools, and excellent communication skills are also required.
