Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design and implement overall recruiting strategy. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Utilize various online platforms, social media, and networking events to identify and attract potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with company culture. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Maintain and update candidate information in various tracking systems: Keep the candidates engaged and proactively mitigate dropouts, until joining" to responsibilities. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Help maintain accurate and up to date on the candidate data and the trackers. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining recruitment files and databases. Support & Initiate Employee Engagement Activities Preferred candidate profile Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Candidate Having Medical Industry Background/ Done Doctors Hiring will be added advantage. Perks and benefits
