Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
Source and screen candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
Regularly follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure timely closures.
Maintain and update candidate records in the tracker.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Preferred candidate profile

6 months to 3 years of experience in
BPO recruitment
(consultancy background preferred).
Strong experience with
bulk hiring / mass recruitment
.
Proficient in sourcing profiles from
Naukri, Indeed, Shine
, and other job portals.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
