Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle international voice process calls with confidence and professionalism.
Offer product solutions and services based on customer needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in BPO Voice, Customer Support, or International Voice Processing.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken) for effective interaction with customers worldwide.
Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
