Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle international voice process calls with confidence and professionalism.
  • Offer product solutions and services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in BPO Voice, Customer Support, or International Voice Processing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken) for effective interaction with customers worldwide.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
