Job Description

Role & responsibilities Proven experience in hiring for diverse roles across IT products and services. Basic understanding of employee onboarding processes and document verification. Ability to close internal hiring requirements within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Skilled in coordinating interviews and managing end-to-end recruitment logistics Preferred candidate profile *The preferred candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced tech support or IT services environment. *Familiarity with onboarding procedures, document verification, and end-to-end hiring processes is essential. *Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, and a commitment to meeting hiring deadlines are highly valued.
