Job Description

Job Summary:

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through
job portals, Naukri, Linkedin and internal databases
.
Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
Conduct
telephonic interviews
, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and coordinate the interview process.
Maintain a strong
pipeline of candidates
for current and future requirements.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and applicant tracking systems.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Ensure a positive
candidate experience
during the entire recruitment process.
Handle
mass hiring activities
, including
campus placements, job fairs, and bulk recruitment drives
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in
IT & Non-IT recruitment
.
Good understanding of multiple sourcing techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
Knowledge of basic HR processes will be an added advantage.
