1. What You will Be Doing:

• End-to-end Technical/Non-Technical recruitment for various roles

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements

• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across platforms

• Managing interview processes and candidate experience

• Contributing to employer branding and talent pipeline development

2. Who Should Attend?

• You have 0–1.5 years of experience in Technical/Non Technical recruitment.

• Proven track record of closing niche skills and high-volume positions.

• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle

• You are familiar with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.

• You understand tech hiring fundamentals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• You are proactive, organized, and passionate about matching talent with opportunity
