Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Working Days: 6 days a week

Qualification: Any Graduate

About the Role:

The company is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to handle the entire recruitment process, including:

Sourcing and screening candidates.

Coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

Ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

The recruiter will play a vital role in building the companys employer brand and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks (LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, etc.).

Write and send recruiting emails to engage passive candidates.

Screen resumes, conduct assessments, and shortlist suitable profiles.

Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person).

Post and manage job ads on portals and social media.

Share shortlisted candidates with hiring managers.

Send offer letters, resolve candidate queries, and assist with onboarding.

Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire.

Collaborate with team leads to plan future hiring needs.

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements:

Experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role (freshers can apply).

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and referral programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good judgment and decision-making ability.

Salary Details:

Freshers: 18,000 (in hand)

Experienced (Recruitment experience): Up to 25,000 (in hand)
