Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar workforce across various industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for blue-collar roles.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and client requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
Develop partnerships with training centers, ITIs, and local institutes.
Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
Track hiring metrics and share reports with management.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
13 years of experience in blue-collar or volume hiring.
Strong networking skills with ITIs and training institutes.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Ability to handle bulk recruitment within tight deadlines.
