Job Description

4-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition role.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of blue collar recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employee .
Should have hands on experience in handling the recruitments for Shop Floor employees, CNC machinist, ITI Welder and Fabricators, Manufacturing Engineers, NAPS Trainees.
Ensure timely joining formalities are completed for newly joined employees.
Candidates from Manufacturing Industry handling is preferred.
This position is on Fixed term Contract basis
