The role involves end-to-end recruitment , from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely closures and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (Operators, Technicians, Apprentices, Helpers, etc.). Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, local networks, field drives, ITIs, and training institutes . Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and joining formalities. Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker. Build strong networks with local agencies and institutes for continuous talent supply. Ensure compliance with MSDE and labor norms during recruitment. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline. 1-6 years of experience in Blue Collar / Bulk Hiring (Experience with NAPS/NATS preferred).
