Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (Operators, Technicians, Apprentices, Helpers, etc.). Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, local networks, field drives, ITIs, and training institutes . Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and joining formalities. Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline. 1-6 years of experience in Blue Collar / Bulk Hiring (Experience with NAPS/NATS preferred).
