We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
HR Recruiter, Operations & People Manager
to support our growing team. This role combines recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and people management
, making it ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure across the HR lifecycle in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for
internship and full-time roles

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers

Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and internal channels

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
HR Operations
-
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
-
Maintain employee and intern records (HRMS, Excel, documentation)

Support preparation of offer letters, internship letters, and certificates
-
Track attendance, leaves, and work engagement
People Management & Engagement
-
Act as a point of contact for interns and junior employees
-
Support performance tracking, feedback collection, and reviews
-
Help maintain a positive, disciplined, and collaborative work culture

Assist in resolving basic employee concerns and HR queries
Operations Support

Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Help streamline HR and operational processes

Support compliance-related documentation when required
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in
HR, Management, Psychology, or related field

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment

Good organizational and coordination skills

Comfortable using
MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and HR tools

Willingness to learn and take ownership
