Human Resource - Performance Management System

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the performance management processes to ensure the alignment of individual and team objectives with the organization's strategic goals. The associate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and employees, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.

Responsibilities:

• Foster teamwork in defining clear, relevant goals for individuals and teams aligned with the organization's strategy.
• Conduct frequent check-ins and appraisals providing constructive feedback, recognition, and continuous performance improvement.
• Equip managers to deliver timely, clear, and actionable feedback to guide employee development.
• Establish transparent and fair promotion processes based on performance, skills, and organizational requirements.
• Drive BU/region-specific initiatives to accelerate performance and achieve business results.
• Support activities like assessments, potential identification, development plans, mentoring, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Implement programs that enable employee growth and development within the organization.
• Develop tools and platforms to facilitate timely and meaningful feedback exchange between managers and employees.
• Identify training needs through performance data and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with internal/external providers for targeted talent development initiatives, evaluating and adjusting programs for effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Masterss degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Performance & Talent Management or a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Shift timings of: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM; Location preferred: Bangalore/ Chennai
