Role & responsibilities Recruitment and Selection: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Training and Development: Planning and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills. Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans. HR Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. Data Analysis: Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Attendance and Leave Management Preferred candidate profile May involve managing HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Can be responsible for payroll processing and related tasks. May oversee employee engagement initiatives and surveys. Can contribute to organizational change initiatives.
