Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
Coordinate with plant HR team to ensure smooth execution of HR operations at the plant level.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining statutory registers and filing necessary returns.
