Human Resource Officer

Role Overview: At Jacobs, you will play a crucial role in managing HR Operations, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and troubleshooting issues related to HR systems. Your responsibilities will include handling escalations/inquiries, partnering with shared services vendors, managing system changes, coordinating queries on a case management tool, and identifying process issues. Additionally, you will work with a team to prioritize assigned work for timely completion. Key Responsibilities: - Managing HR Operations post Joining to Exit of the Employees - Preparation of letters, updating details in Oracle, and assisting with End of Service Benefits - Ensuring data quality and accuracy through data audits and corrections with HR partners - Partnering with vendors for mass uploads and system configurations - Managing system changes such as Transfer/Promotion and organizational Change - Troubleshooting HR system issues - Coordinating queries on the Case management tool and creating HR tickets - Identifying process issues through day-to-day work and audits - Maintaining confidentiality and data security in accordance with guidelines - Building trusting relationships and interacting/negotiating with HR partners - Working effectively across teams, geographies, and cultures - Understanding Oracle, Business Objects, HR Onboarding applications, HR Reporting, and data analysis Qualifications Required: - 1-9 years of working experience in HR shared services - Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration, or relevant field - Communication/client relationship skills - Experience in a HR Shared Services environment from a global company - Ability to work in morning shift starting from 6am IST - Experience working in the Middle East region is an added advantage (Note: Omitted additional details of the company as it was not present in the JD),
